If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund within the first 7 days after your Subscription Purchase if any of the conditions below has been met:

- You are unable to use the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
- The issue is not caused by third-party plugins, themes, or any other software.
